This is an old stone building not far from my house. I shot this photograph with a digital camera and then printed two copies, one with a color laser printer and one with a black & white laser printer. Both were cut into 2-inch squares, then the black and white image was collaged onto the board and painted over. Finally, the color pieces were collaged on top, and the black and white pieces in the center of the image were painted to make them blend with the color pieces.
