This teapot was part of the same set which the Creamer originated from. For this painting, a digital photo was printed out as a few separate pages and cut into strips. These were collaged onto a canvas board, along with other materials like map pieces and assorted printed matter. Missing parts of the teapot were painted or drawn with pencil. In the detail below, the bottom part of the foot is a piece of the photo, and the horizontal line denotes the boundary between the photo and the part which is purely painted and drawn.
